At Hapii, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every delivery. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Perishable Goods (e.g., Food, Groceries, Vegetables, Fruits):
    • Refunds will be provided if the item is damaged, spoiled, or not delivered as per the order specifications.
    • Any refund requests must be made within 1 hours of delivery.
  • Non-Perishable Goods (e.g., Electronics, Clothing):
    • Refunds will be granted for defective items or items not matching the order specifications.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery.
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
  • Medicines:
    • Refunds are only available for incorrect or damaged products, due to the sensitive nature of the items.
    • Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Parcel Service:
    • Refunds will be issued if the parcel is lost or damaged during transit.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 hours of the expected delivery time.

2. Refund Process

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.
  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items that have been used or altered after delivery.
  • Orders that do not meet the eligibility criteria listed above.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the delivery was not made due to an error on our part.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations will not be entertained.
  • In case of successful cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

6. Exceptions

  • Hapii reserves the right to refuse a refund if any fraud, abuse, or violation of the terms is suspected.
