At Hapii, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle deliveries within our service area.
We currently deliver orders within a 10 km radius of Kolathur, Chennai. Orders placed outside this area may not be accepted.
Deliveries are available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, all days of the week.
Orders placed after 9:45 PM will be processed on the next day.
Express deliveries may be available for selected vendors and product types.
We work with trained and verified delivery partners who ensure your orders are handled with care. Customers can track their deliveries and communicate with delivery personnel through the Hapii app.
Most orders are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of confirmation.
Final delivery time depends on vendor preparation and distance.
Delivery may not be completed in the following situations:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
Restricted entry into premises (e.g., gated communities without access)
In such cases, we will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled or rescheduled.
Hapii does not deliver:
Illegal or prohibited items
Highly perishable goods without proper packaging
Restricted items such as alcohol, tobacco, or other controlled substances
